We are very happy with what AC&R have done. Special thanks to Steve and his team. AC&R not just do a great job. Their crew members are very nice and professional. I really enjoyed working with them. They always come on time and clean up everything before they leave. Now, I plan to remodel all other bathrooms upstairs with AC&R in the near future.

  Gilbert and his crew made a stressful job of converting our pool house into a granny flat almost enjoyable. From the floor to the ceiling everything turned out perfectly. The work was top notch. I appreciated that his crew arrived on time … More and did not take any unscheduled absences. The whole crew was very respectful. I noticed that the crew seemed to enjoy Gilbert, the boss, laughing with him and sharing lunch with him, but there was also a deep respect for him from all of his crew. When problems arose, I would worry, but Gilbert always said that no problem could not be solved. He was easygoing and that helped me to relax. Daniel was someone who could answer any questions I had when Gilbert was not on site. He spent many a late night working to keep the job on time. I appreciated that they cleaned up on a daily basis, making it safe for the little ones on the property. I feel like his rates were fair and I would recommend him for any job. In fact, my family has recommended him many times already. He also came immediately when I recently called with a flooding problem in the main house. I am very thankful that found AC&R Construction and Gilbert.

  Robert and the AC&R team did nearly a whole house renovation for us. While other contractors told us the work would take 3-4 months, Robert quoted two months and finished very close to that, despite a delay which was out of their control. … More Robert's team did a great job and really came thru for us in the final hours. Robert was very professional right from the start and we could immediately tell he was different from other contractors because he was so invested in our project. He spent a lot of time taking photos and measurements during his initial visit so that he could really give us an accurate bid and timeline. All projects of this size are going to have hiccups/setbacks. But Robert was always responsive and worked with us when things came up that were unanticipated. We definitely recommend Robert and AC&R and would use them again!

  We initially met with, Owner Robert Salas to review kitchen layout redesign that included wall modification. Robert came prepared with a copy of his license and insurance certificate. His evaluation of this project was thorough and quality … More with no short cuts that may cause issues with structural support integrity. He promised quality and project involvement at our first meeting.His expectations from his team and equal to his own high standards. We had already selected someone else to do the the cabinetry; but, had not finalized commitment. Robert asked if he could provide a bid for other cabinetry. His team, in the meantime, immediately started construction on the wall redesign. After we saw the quality of their work, professionalism and respect for our property we were sold and the project grew to not only the kitchen cabinetry; but, wet bar and bathroom remodel. They also did electrical (including re-routing electrical, adding outlets and additional circuits), plumbing (including redirecting water lines), fabrication and installation of quartzite for the kitchen, wet bar and bathroom. Robert's team also replaced and textured new drywall. Once we saw the quality and reasonable pricing, we wanted to take advantage of getting everything done with Robert's Company.This is what they did to knock our experience out of the park:Helped with design that ended up absolutely beautiful and functional.Lived up to their commitment for complete satisfaction.Reliable, Professional & TrustworthyReasonably pricedSteady pace on constructionWe had purchased some high end appliances and they insured that they were handled with care and protected during construction.Owner involvement is regular and steady throughout project.Project Coordinator Florice was wonderful and fun to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful with advice on cabinet selection and even made lighting suggestions that turned out beautiful!!!No nickle and diming or recommending things that are not necessary.The project progress payments are super fair and easy to process and track on the project management website that they use. You can even track the progress of the project with their photos, etc.I initially found A C & R through yelp and really could not believe all the great reviews; but, now absolutely understand having our own experience. There is no way we could have had a better experience and thoroughly appreciate the experience and final outcome.
